When to use Ask Farm AI
Use it when you want help finding or summarizing farm context, such as:
- "What maintenance did we do on Tractor 14?"
- "Summarize scouting notes for North 80."
- "What work is overdue this week?"
- "Which manuals mention hydraulic filters?"
- "What should I review before tomorrow's crew meeting?"
Before you start
Farm AI is most useful when the farm has good records. Add clear work logs, scouting notes, manuals, assets, parcels, and farm memories.
Daily flow
- Open AI Features -> Ask Farm AI.
- Ask a specific question in normal language.
- Review the answer and any source links or related records.
- Open the records you need before acting on the answer.
- Add farm memories for stable context your team wants AI to remember.
Good questions
Good questions name the subject, time range, or decision.
- "Show recent repairs for the sprayer."
- "What fields had scouting issues this month?"
- "Summarize open work for tomorrow."
- "What do we know about the west fuel tank?"
Common issues
The answer is too broad. Ask a narrower question with a field, asset, date range, or work type.
The answer is missing context. Add the missing record in FarmFusion, then ask again.
