Harvested crops
Track harvested crop from the field through storage and delivery.
Finish a harvest
When field harvest work is ready to complete, FarmFusion opens Finish Harvest. Enter the lot code, estimated quantity, and unit. You can leave the crop unassigned, move it straight into storage, or create a haul load for transport.
That step creates the harvested crop record your team will follow through storage and delivery.
Harvested Crop hub
Open Harvested Crop from Inventory to work with:
- Outputs — balances by lot, with links into each output's detail
- Loads & tickets — create loads, depart them, record destination receipts, and save scale tickets
- Storage — add bins or piles and archive units you no longer use
Tickets and receipts
Scale tickets keep weight and quality details. Destination receipts record what was accepted off the farm. Ticket weights never change balances on their own. If a delivery needs correction, reverse or replace the receipt so history stays clear.
Reconciliation and Program Review
Harvest Program Review groups harvested crop by unit. Unlike units are never mixed. If a finished harvest is missing an output record, or variance sits outside your farm's tolerance, the Program stays blocked until the team cleans it up.
Keep storage moves and losses documented as they happen so remaining balances stay trustworthy.
