Reports

Review labor, activity, soil tests, and operating history.

Reports help owners and managers review what happened across the farm. They are only as useful as the records entered during daily work.

When to use Reports

Use Reports when you need to:

  • review labor logged for a season
  • check completed work by person, asset, or area
  • find soil test reports
  • prepare for billing, planning, or year-end review
  • understand where records are missing

Before you start

Make sure work items are closed correctly and work logs include useful detail. Reports improve when jobs have linked parcels, assets, and dates.

Daily flow

  1. Open Reports from the main navigation.
  2. Select the report area, such as Labor or Soil tests.
  3. Choose the season, date range, person, parcel, or other filter when available.
  4. Open source records when a number needs more context.
  5. Use gaps in reports to improve future logging habits.

What good looks like

Reports should help answer "what happened?", "who did it?", "where did it happen?", and "what should we improve next time?"

Common issues

Labor totals look low. Check whether completed work has work logs with labor time.

A field or asset is missing from a report. Check whether the work item or log was linked to that record.

A document is hard to find. Use clear report titles and link soil tests to the right parcel.
