Invite farm members
Add owners, managers, and operators to your farm workspace.
FarmFusion works best when the people who run the farm share one workspace. Invite teammates so everyone sees the same parcels, assets, and work.
- Open Team (or Settings -> Team) from your farm workspace.
- Choose Invite member and enter their email address.
- Select a role that matches what they need to do (see User roles).
- Send the invite. They receive an email with a link to join your farm.
What invitees see
- A guided flow to create their profile (if they are new to FarmFusion)
- Direct access to your farm, not a blank workspace
- Only the modules and actions allowed by their role
Before you invite
Add at least your main parcels and a few assets first so new members have context when they log in.
Common issues
The invite did not arrive. Ask the person to check spam or junk mail, then resend the invite if needed.
The wrong role was chosen. Owners can update the role from Team.
A person should no longer have access. Remove them from Team. Their past work can still remain in farm history.
