First day checklist

Use this checklist to get your farm useful on day one. You do not need to add every detail before your team starts.

Goal for day one

By the end of the first day, your farm should have enough setup to create real work and help the crew find it.

Checklist

1. Create your farm and confirm the name, location, and owner account.
2. Add your most important fields in Land -> Parcels.
3. Add your most-used equipment in Assets.
4. Invite one manager or operator from Team.
5. Create one real work item for something happening this week.
6. Open the app on a phone and confirm the work item is easy to find.
7. Log work on that item when it is done.

Keep it simple

Start with the records that help this week's work. You can add more parcels, assets, manuals, inventory, and procedures as your team builds the habit.

Common issues

You do not know every field boundary yet. Add the field name first and refine the boundary later.

You do not know which assets to add first. Add the machines or equipment people ask about most often.

The team is not ready for every module. Start with Work, Assets, Land, and Team. Add Planning, Inventory, Weather, Library, and AI as the workflow becomes clearer.
