How FarmFusion protects your farm data and who can access it.
FarmFusion keeps each farm workspace separate. Only people invited to your farm can access that farm's records.
Access control
- Every user signs in with their own account
- You invite members to a specific farm; they do not see other farms
- Sensitive actions (billing, team management) are limited to owners and permitted roles
Data handling
- Farm data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure
- Connections use HTTPS in the browser and app
- We do not sell your farm operational data
- Billing is handled through secure payment systems
- Farm owners control who is invited and when access is removed

Your responsibility
Use strong passwords and remove former employees from Team when they leave. Farm owners control who has access.
Good habits
- Give each person their own login.
- Review Team access after staffing changes.
- Use owner access only for people who manage the farm account.
- Avoid putting passwords or sensitive personal details in work notes.
- Contact support if you see access you do not recognize.
