Mobile field workflow
Use FarmFusion on phones and tablets in the field.
FarmFusion is designed for field use: card lists, bottom drawers, and touch-friendly actions below desktop widths.
Before you head out
Sign in while you have a reliable connection. Confirm the farm, open the work or scouting page you expect to use, and make sure the items you need are visible.
On your phone or tablet
- Open the app in your mobile browser or add it to your home screen for quick access.
- Use search and Filter / Sort on list pages to find parcels, assets, or work items.
- Tap a row to open the detail drawer without losing your place in the list.
- Complete actions (log work, add photos, move status) from the drawer action row.
Modules that shine on mobile
- Scouting (map on top, reports below)
- Work items (cards with status and due date)
- Assets (photo thumbnails and quick actions)
- Weather (quick forecast checks)
- Manuals (equipment reference in the field)
Dense tables appear on large screens; below that width you get cards by design.
Common issues
You cannot find the item. Check the farm switcher, filters, and whether the item is open or completed.
The page feels crowded. Use search and filters first, then open the detail drawer for the item you need.
You have poor signal. Add notes as soon as you can reconnect. For critical safety or repair work, follow your farm's normal communication process.
