Preparing for launch onboarding

Use this checklist the week you roll FarmFusion out to the team. It reduces confusion on day one.

Who should use this

Use this if you are the owner, manager, or office lead responsible for introducing FarmFusion to the farm.

Farm setup

1. Create your farm and confirm billing if required.
2. Add core parcels with boundaries or placeholders you can refine later.
3. Add primary assets with photos and categories.
4. Invite owners, managers, and operators with the right roles.

Operations readiness

1. Create a few real work items for the current week (not demo data).
2. Walk one person through WallBoard and the mobile list.
3. Agree where scouting and maintenance entries should live.
4. If you use season planning, lock or draft the current year plan.

Launch day

1. Share the docs link: docs.farmfusion.io
2. Point people to Daily farm operations for rhythm.
3. Collect feedback in your team channel and adjust roles or parcels as needed.

Common issues

People are unsure where to start. Send them to Daily farm operations and assign one real work item.

Too much is unfinished. Launch with Work, Team, Assets, and Land first. Add Inventory, Library, Weather, AI, and Reports after the crew has a daily rhythm.

Operators are mobile-first. Test the mobile workflow before launch day.
